Isaac Hoshi is the founder and principal clinician at Urim Denture Clinic, where quality workmanship is guided by genuine care for people.
Isaac’s connection to dentistry began in childhood, spending time in his father’s dental laboratory and learning that dentures are not just appliances—they affect how people eat, speak, smile, and live. From an early age, he developed a deep respect for creating dental solutions that are carefully tailored, comfortable, and made to last.
Before dedicating his career to denture care, Isaac represented Karate New Zealand on the international stage, achieving a top-30 world ranking. The discipline, humility, and attention to detail required at an elite level now shape his approach to patient care - to consistently deliver the best treatment outcome for each & every patient at Urim Denture Clinic.
Above all, Isaac believes in treating every patient with patience, honesty, and respect. He understands that denture treatment can be a personal and emotional journey, and he takes the time to listen, explain, and support each person every step of the way. His purpose is to provide quality workmanship guided by genuine care for people, as well as building trust & long-term relationships, caring for each patient as he would his own family.

Having an on-site Dental Laboratory allows us to go that extra mile in delivering excellent & quality-controlled restorations. It also allows us to offer services such as same-day Denture Repairs, Relines, Adjustments & Maintenance to your Dentures for your convenience. Our Denture Studio works hand-in-hand with our Clinical Team.
